At Little Sleepies, we want you and your little one to love our buttery-soft bamboo pajamas as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- In the same new condition that you received it
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or signs of use
- All original tags must be intact and attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase from our site (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, opened, or show any signs of damage.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at dsgffv-support@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at dsgffv-support@outlook.com with your exchange request. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dsgffv-support@outlook.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
Fabric Care Tip
To keep your Little Sleepies bamboo pajamas feeling as soft as the day you bought them, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low. Bamboo is a natural fiber and is delicate, so please wash separately from items that may cause damage, such as towels, hardware, or Velcro.
